The three colours of the Italian flag are an excuse to make a journey across the country, in order to see and tell the images of today’s Italy, with love and simplicity. Paolo Simonazzi (Reggio Emilia,1961) started this project in 2000, and the images in this book are the essence of a private photographic campaign, the result of the author’s experiences, passions and life. What emerges from Simonazzi’s sympathetic approach is a country with still an identity, a sense of balance and a relevant dose of humour. The images are accompanied  by texts written by Enrico Franceschini and Walter Guadagnini.
